Full Management 12% + VAT (collected monthly from the rent)

Rent Collection 8% + VAT (collected monthly from the rent)

Tenant Find Only 7% + VAT (collected upfront of the first 12 months’ rent)

Rent and Legal Protection (collected monthly) - From £25 a month (Available with Full Management or Rent Collection - conditions apply)
