With 20 years of experience in property lettings, Gemma brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional service. As Director, she prides herself on her strong organisational and administrative skills, ensuring every detail is taken care of and the lettings process runs as smoothly as possible.

Gemma understands the importance of making the lettings journey straightforward and stress-free for both landlords and tenants. With her experience and attention to detail, she takes a proactive and organised approach, ensuring clients feel supported and confident at every stage of the process.

She is committed to maintaining high standards and providing a professional, efficient and personal service that people can rely on. Her experience and dedication play an important role in delivering the high standard of service that Urbrix strives to provide.

Outside of work, Gemma loves to travel, spend quality time with her family and enjoy life with her two much-loved bulldogs, Frank and Derek!

Megan Holmes - Senior Lettings Negotiator

With three years of experience in the lettings industry, Megan is passionate about helping landlords and tenants navigate the rental journey as smoothly and stress-free as possible. From securing the right property or tenant to ensuring a seamless move-in, she takes pride in supporting clients every step of the way.

Megan prides herself on her efficiency, organisation and approachable nature, always taking the time to understand each client's individual needs. She believes that clear communication and a personal touch are key to building strong relationships and creating a positive lettings experience.

What she loves most about her role is making a genuine difference, helping landlords feel confident and tenants feel supported as they take the next step towards their new home. She is always happy to go the extra mile to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family and her sausage dog, Fred!

Chris Shelton - Director

With 25 years of experience in the lettings industry, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and a strong entrepreneurial mindset to Urbrix. Throughout his career, he has built an impressive track record, winning multiple industry awards.

Passionate about business, innovation and building lasting relationships, Chris combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to driving growth and delivering results. His extensive industry experience gives him a strong understanding of the lettings market and a drive to continually improve and develop the business.

Chris believes that success is built on strong relationships, clear communication and a commitment to providing a high standard of service. He takes pride in supporting both landlords and tenants while helping Urbrix grow and evolve in an ever-changing property market.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his family, walking the dog and following his passion for football. He believes in balancing professional ambition with the things that matter most in life.

Ella Howe - Senior Property Manager

With two years of experience in the property industry, Ella has quickly established herself as a dedicated and proactive Senior Property Manager who takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. She thrives on building strong relationships with landlords, working closely with contractors and ensuring that every property is managed to the highest standard.

Ella is highly organised, hands-on and always on top of the details. Whether she is coordinating maintenance, liaising with contractors or tackling unexpected challenges, she approaches every situation with a practical, can-do attitude. She believes in clear communication, strong relationships and finding solutions to problems, big or small, to make life as straightforward as possible for both landlords and tenants.

Her commitment to her role has recently been recognised with a nomination for the EA Masters Property Manager of the Year Award 2026, reflecting her passion for property management and the service she strives to deliver every day.

Outside of work, Ella can usually be found down at the stables, where her two horses, William and Terrance, keep her busy.
